Based on Justdial reviews, I approached Alex Builder(Alexander) and soon after I realized I’m into right path of choosing Alex. Very impressed the way he managed the Project and any ad-hoc requests and changes. Also, the supervisors(Dinesh & co ) are very supportive on giving the regular updates on construction and also they kept me up to date on cost of materials. Alex & co was very open for any discussion on material cost and additional charges, where most of the builders fails. Also, Alex managed well the official formalities and helped lot on clearing the hurdles. I would like to reiterate one of the common point “Quality”. The quality of job and material was great. I strongly recommend Alex builder(Alex & co) for your dream house construction.

Once we decided to construct our home, we started to explore and approached several builders.
Among those, Mr. Alex proprietor of Alex Builders approach is very unique. Prior to giving quotation, he visited our site and then only gave quotation along with preliminary building plan and construction material to be used. He is the only one who arranged to meet his customers. This gave us full confidence and we made contract with Alex Builders to build our dream home.

During construction, he proved our confidence on Mr. Alexander is fully correct.
He is having competent team who takes care of all our requirement during construction. Committed construction material was used which is of high quality by default. Systematic approach was followed from day 1 to till completion. Unfortunately, finishing work got delayed due to Covid, but he managed to complete the work to our satisfaction.

We are greatly thankful to Mr. Alex and all his team members to convert our dream into reality.
